Joppari Plum liqueur, undiluted" is the first Plum liqueur from Aomori Prefecture made by the sake manufacturer who created the "Joppari" brand. Some say that Aomori is the northern-most location that plums grow in Japan; this Plum liqueur is created from individually hand washed "Bungo-plum" from Nanbu, Aomori. We aimed to create an entirely Aormori-made product with carefully selected ingredients. It has the strong flavor and richness found only in sake, balanced carefully with the unique sourness of the plums, for a robust drinking experience. It is great both straight and with soda, as well on the rocks, with a load of ice, for a gradually lighter drink.

About "Joppari"
"Joppari" means "Stubborn" in the local Aomori dialect, and it is a light and dry sake names after those who are advocates of brewing dry sakes. Due to it being made with a strong koji mold, after being refreshing when it hits your palate, it has a deep umami flavor that spreads out. It is a sake that you can always enjoy the great taste of without growing tired of it.
