"Mutsuhassen blanc Junmai" is a sake with a fruity, Muscat-like aroma and a firm acidity derived from white malt. It is reminiscent of a dry, white wine. This local sake from Aomori Prefecture uses local rice and yeast and sources its water from the famed Kanizawa district of Hachinohe. The sake has a juicy acidity rarely found among sake varieties. Full-bodied in flavor, it has refreshing aromatic hints akin to Sauvignon Blanc and Riesling. This is a new, beginner-friendly genre of sake that can be enjoyed out of a glass.

Pairing food proposed from Vendor
Marinated vegetables, acqua pazza, tom kha kai, crab cream croquettes, mushroom and cheese risotto.
