Tsuki-usagi Natural Sparkling is a sparkling sake, and is created by a long-established brewery in Nara, the birthplace of Japanese sake. This sparkling sake is low in alcohol, has a vivid fragrance, and uses the flavor of the rice used to make it to the fullest extent. The fine bubbles are created by in-bottle secondary fermentation, and are therefore long lasting, and the low alcohol content makes it soft on the palate. Chill it for the perfect companion to Japanese cuisine as well as any European cuisine, including Italian and French. The aftertaste changes drastically with just a drop of lime, for two distinct flavors. It is perfect for giving toasts at parties.

The Tsuki-usagi Brand
