"Yatsushika Hakko Sparkling sake" is a carbonated junmai-shu with transparency like a crystal, and is a world-class sparkling Japanese sake that Yatsushika sake brewery challenged on making. During the in-bottle secondary fermentation, sediments are removed piece by piece. It is an authentic gem manufactured abiding by the strict standards of the general incorporated association, "Japan Awasake Association." When you pour it into a glass, a single line of sparkling bubbles foams up. When you have a sip, the fine bubbles burst, and the unique soft and neat taste of the rice as well as the refreshing fragrance spreads in your mouth. The clear drinking taste brings out the subtle taste in meals. It is a bottle you'd want to enjoy when you have a toast or together with appetizers. It has been inspired by how bubbles beautifully burst to form a single line of white shining circles. This wondrous rainbow has been named "Hakko".

About "Yatsushika"
The famous sake brand "Yatsushika" takes its name from the third-generation brewery and the chief brewer by taking one kanji letter each. The local town Kokonoe, Oita Prefecture. is surrounded by Kujurenzan, also known as "the roof of Kyushu." In winter, the area's temperature drops to below the freezing point. The perfect environment for cold weather production enables us to ferment a dignified, crisp, smooth, and dry sake.
