"Mutsuhassen Hanaomoi 40 Junmai-daiginjo" is a luxurious sake beverage from Aomori Prefecture. This Junmai-daiginjo is brewed with spring water sourced from Hachinohe city's famous Kanizawa district. The prefecture is known for its rice-polishing, and this sake uses "Hanaomoi" sake rice polished to 40% of its original size. From the first sip, this sake fills the mouth with rich flavors and aromas. While still possessing the depth of a Junmai-daiginjo-class sake, the polishing also allows for a light, sweet, and refreshing body.
