"Rokkon Emerald Junmai-daiginjo" is a Junmai Daiginjo brewed from luxuriously polished "Yamadanishiki" from Hyogo Prefecture, the best variety of brewer's rice. While sakes with a 50% or lower polishing ratio are called Junmai Daiginjo, further polishing the rice to a 40% ratio yields a clear taste with no off-flavors and an elegant and luxuriant fragrance. This is a mellow sake with a clear quality which leaves a strong taste upon drinking. Recommended for those seeking a mellow fragrance and a rich, deep body.

酒米の最高峰である兵庫県産山田錦を贅沢に磨いて醸した純米大吟醸が「六根 エメラルド 純米大吟醸」です。精米歩合50%以下が純米大吟醸と呼ばれる中、さらに時間をかけて精米歩合40%まで磨くことにより、雑味のないクリアな味わいと、上品かつ華やかな香りが生まれます。透明感のある酒質の中に、しっかりとした旨味を残した飲みごたえのある芳醇旨口の酒です。芳醇な香り、濃厚で奥行きのあるボディを求める方におすすめです。
