X3 three times koji Junmai, undiluted" is a Junmai created from "Menkoina" rice from Akita Prefecture and three times the usual amount of koji mold (aspergillus oryzae). The powerful fermentation of the koji brings out the sweet flavorsomeness of the rice and an effect similar to amazake, which is full of nutritional value, so much so that this sake is called “an IV drip that is drunk.” Enjoy the mellow, rich flavor dense with the flavorsome components of the rice that are unique to Junmai. The sake shares the high acidity of white wine and features a fine balance of sweet and acidic flavors. Its refreshing sweetness goes well with both fish and meat dishes. The delicious flavor of this sake can be enjoyed in a wide variety of situations, be it as an after-dinner cocktail or mixed with soda water.

秋田県産の食味米「めんこいな」と通常の3倍量の麹で醸した純米酒が「X3 麹三倍仕込み 純米 原酒 (720ml)」です。麹の発酵の力によって、「飲む点滴」と言われるほど栄養満点の甘酒のような効果と、米の旨味の甘さを引き出しました。純米酒ならではの米の旨味成分が凝縮されたまろやかで豊かな味わいが堪能できます。白ワインと同等に酸度が高く、甘みと酸味のバランスがいい酒です。すっきりとした甘さで、魚料理とも肉料理とも相性がよく、食後にカクテルのように飲んだり、ソーダで割ったりしてもおいしい幅広いシーンで楽しめる酒です。
